Italian tutor Ottawa

LOCATION

Individual and small group classes are held at the teacher's
home/office, in Ottawa, Barrhaven. Address and directions will
be given after classes registration

FLEXIBILITY

All courses are very flexible and extendable for as many weeks
as you wish.
You can choose and integrate different language and cultural
programs in the same course, according to you preference,
needs or pace.
Classes that focus on a specific topic of interest is also a
possibility.

TUITION AND FEE

There are several options for paying for courses. You can pay by
mail or in person, by cash or cheque.
The course fee must be paid before or on the first day of lessons.
You can choose to pay after every lesson (for individual classes
only) or the "3, 6, 9, 10, 15, 20 or 30 hours package".

On the first day of the language course, your knowledge of
Italian will be determined by an entry test and an interview.
Students with no knowledge of Italian will be assigned to the
beginner level.

TEACHING MATERIALS

A wide range of authentic teaching material has been carefully
collected and is used throughout the courses: video-cassettes, radio
excerpts, newspaper and magazine articles, songs, letters, etc.. The
selection of authentic materials is made in order to give the students
valuable information about modern-day Italian culture and society
and, at the same time, the students will develop authentic linguistic
and communicative skills.
You will be asked to buy a course book to use during your lessons and
for homework.
I may also give you photocopies of other resources to use during the
lessons.
